Admission Process
Step 1: Complete the Application Form
Begin the admissions process by filling out and submitting the application form.
Step 2:Submit Supporting Documents
Ensure the application form is submitted along with:
Two recent passport-sized photographs
Original birth certificate (for verification)
A copy of the birth certificate (for records)
Mid-year report and academic transcript from the current school
Step 3: Schedule a College Visit
Arrange a visit to Chadsworth Sixth Form College. Steps 4 and 5 can be completed during this visit.
Step 4: Entry Assessment
All applicants are required to complete:
The College’s entrance test or scholarship eligibility test in their chosen A-level subjects
An online cognitive standardized test
Step 5: Attend an Interview
Applicants and their parent(s) or guardian(s) will participate in an interview with the College’s Senior Leadership Team.
Interviews are scheduled after completing the admissions requirements.
At least one parent/guardian must attend with the student, who is expected to dress in formal attire.
Step 6: Receive Admission Offer
Successful candidates will be issued an official admission offer
